Editorial Policy
How Numyra’s content gets written, reviewed, corrected, and kept separate from advertising.
Who writes and reviews
Every page is credited to the organizational desk responsible for it — never an invented individual persona or a claimed professional credential. See Our team for what each desk owns.
Sourcing standard
Every claim about history, tradition or method is either sourced to a named historical or scholarly work, or clearly framed as our own interpretation. We link to a real, accessible copy of a source wherever one exists.
How we handle reader reports
- Flag. Anyone can report an error via mynumyrasupport@gmail.com.
- Triage within two business days. The owning desk confirms whether it’s a factual or calculation error, a clarification, or a difference of tradition (which we document rather than “correct”).
- Fix and label. Calculation errors are fixed first, the same day where possible. The page gets a dated “Corrected” line saying what was wrong. Clarifications get an “Updated” line.
- Log publicly. Every correction is added to the change log with its date and page. We never silently rewrite a page.
Advertising stays separate from editorial content
No advertiser has any input into what we write or how a calculation works. When ads go live, they will be clearly labelled as advertising and never disguised as editorial content — see our advertising disclosure.
Review cadence
Every page is reviewed at least once a year, or immediately after a reader-reported error, whichever comes first. The visible “last reviewed” date only changes when a desk has actually re-checked the page.
