Privacy Policy

The short version

Numyra’s calculators run entirely in your browser. The birth dates and names you type into a calculator are never sent to our servers, never stored, and never logged — see our methodology page for exactly how each calculator handles your input.

What we do collect

  • Standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested) kept by our hosting provider for security and performance, in line with normal web-hosting practice.
  • A consent cookie (nx_consent) that remembers your cookie preferences for 180 days, so we don’t ask again every visit.
  • Analytics and advertising cookies — only once you’ve given consent through our cookie banner, and only once those services are actually active on the site (they are not, as of this writing).

Cookies

You can accept, reject, or customize non-essential cookies at any time via “Your privacy choices” in the footer. Strictly necessary cookies (like the consent cookie itself) can’t be turned off, since they’re what remembers your choice.

Third parties

We currently use no advertising network and no third-party analytics. This section will be updated with specifics — which service, what data it sees, and how to opt out — before any such service goes live, and our advertising disclosure will be updated at the same time.

Your rights (EU/UK visitors)

If you’re in the European Economic Area or the UK, data protection law (GDPR/UK GDPR) gives you rights over personal data we hold about you — including the right to ask what we have, correct it, delete it, or object to how it’s used. Numyra is the data controller for this site. Given what we actually collect (see above), there’s very little to request in practice: server logs are held by our hosting provider on our behalf, and we don’t otherwise link any data to an identifiable person. To exercise a right or ask a question, email mynumyrasupport@gmail.com. If you’re not satisfied with our response, you have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

California residents (CCPA/CPRA)

Numyra does not sell or share personal information, as those terms are defined under California law, and runs no advertising or analytics services as of this writing (see “Third parties,” above). If that changes, this section will be updated first — before any such service goes live — to explain your rights, including the right to opt out of sale or sharing and the right to know what categories of information we collect.

Children’s privacy

Numyra is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

If this policy changes in a material way, we’ll update the date above and, for significant changes, note it on our change log.
